Venue of the month- November

When you come across a venue for the first time that has that wow effect you know you have found one of those perfect locations for a wedding and our venue of the month, truly is one of them!

A remote and magical medieval watchtower with 360ยบ views over ancient hills, Torre di Moravola has been restored with super-sleek 21st-century design.  Here is a venue where the owners have put their heart and sole in to the restoration and after 9 years of hard work have an incredible medieval tower with 7 bedrooms and suites offering that perfect balance.

'One of Italy’s most strikingly modern hotels...'
American Vogue

Torre di Moravola is an elegant and magical boutique hotel in the heart of Umbria, just outside of the medieval village of Montone and overlooking the Carpini Valley that boasts the ‘sensation of being completely removed from the modern world’. Outside you will find ancient medieval stone walls, herb gardens and olive groves roamed by wild boars while the interior is an eminently stylish blend of pared-down modernism, travertine stone floors, and glass screens.

If you are looking for a rural property to accommodate between 14 and 20 guests, with a pool and views Torre di Moravola ticks these boxes!

As for the wedding ceremony, it can take place in the gardens and olive groves or around the fire pool. If you like the idea of a simple candle lit 'blessing' this can be celebrated in the tiny ancient church of the 'Madonna dei Confini' which is set in the woods a twenty minutes walk through the forest from the tower.
